The control panel is one of the most important components of the generator set and determines its reliable operation. Our GETOR ™ power generators are therefore equipped with panels based on controllers from the world’s best manufacturers. ComAp is standard, optionally LOVATO, Woodward and others. Any control application that can be purchased on the market can be used for our genets.
InteliLite NT MRS 10/16 controllers provide manual control (M). We equip every power generator that is manually started by the responsible for it employees. However, we do remember about the expansion possibilities. The aforementioned controller is an equivalent of MRS, used in gensets with automatic control. The generator constructed in this way does not have a charger for starting batteries or an engine block heating system, but it can be expanded at significantly reduced costs.
Aggregates with automatic start
InteliLite NT MRS 10/16 controllers provide automatic start (A) in MRS mode. The unit with such a controller is equipped with an engine block heating system with a thermostat, and a charger for maintenance of starting batteries. After setting the “AUT” mode, the power generators with automatic start up automatically via an external potential-free contact. This version is designed to work with the ATS-I automatic switching reserve systems and any external ATS systems built into the facility’s switchboard.
InteliLite NT AMF 20/25 controllers, in turn, take care of automatic start (A) in AMF mode. Also in this option, the GETOR ™ generator has a standard engine block heating system with a thermostat and a maintenance charger for starter batteries. It is possible not only to control the operation of the aggregate itself, such as automatic start, but also full three-phase control of all network parameters. The entire process is managed by one controller built into the chiller. Supports start-up, utility-to-genset switching, and reconnection to utility when normal power returns. We recommend using this system for cooperation with ATS systems in the ATS-E version.
InteliCompact, InteliGen, InteliSys and other controllers are used in aggregates designed for parallel operation (R). These machines are configured according to the requirements of the application. This variant enables parallel operation of two or more aggregates, as well as aggregates with a power grid. The choice of driver depends, among others on the complexity of the application.
Drivers are not everything. Numerous additional options are possible (sometimes already included in the standard version). These include RS233 and 485 ports (ModBusRTU), Ethernet cards (SNMP, Modbus TCP), GSM and GPRS, potential-free contacts, monitoring software, remote panels, etc.
